The payment will be made directly from Epoch Homes to home owners who buy homes from their Independent Epoch Homes Builders during the period and will be paid within 30 days following both the house’s delivery and payment in full to Epoch Homes.
To qualify, a Production Order Deposit and the actual online date must both fall between January 1, 2008and March 31, 2008. Eligible homes are single family homes with at least 1000 square feet of factory finished living space.
