Visit Our Model Modular Home

Epoch's "Concord" model home is on display at our factory location in Pembroke, NH. The Concord is a 2700 sq. ft. elegant colonial with four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and large family room. It features upgrade cabinets and trim, a double trayed ceiling in the dining room, and cozy gas fireplace in the living room.

Model hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.

We hold events on weekends at our model home at regular intervals. For the next weekend event, please check our Upcoming Events page.

The model home will be closed November 25 and 26 2010 in observance of Thanksgiving.

The model home will be closed December 24, 2010 to January 4, 2011 for Christmas and New Years
