Financing for Modular Homes

Financing the construction of a modular home is no different than traditional construction financing, although many financial institutions prefer the lower risk associated with modular technology. The shorter construction cycle and the fact that the first major loan draw is not required until the home is 80%+ completed and arrives on site is attractive to many lenders, and can reduce costs for you, the buyer.

Epoch Homes works with many lenders on a regular basis. You should also feel free to work with your own local lender, or to talk to your builder about lenders with which he or she has had good experience.
